I really enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff where excellent and efficient. Stayed at a nicely refurbished room with air con in the hot weather, ambient temperature, the bedroom. Everything here was perfect.

Nicely refurbished and recently refurbished room. Location near pubs and restaurants, Birmingham city center, and resteraunt next door. Also, close to the city centre.

Very amiable and caring staff, everything neat.
Decent and easy location, 1 km from city centre. And 15 mins walk to a municipal museum. Variety of nice food for meals.

The setting is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, near to tea/coffee facilities, and the casino.

The weather was really warm, had absolutely amazing stay for a night. Its location was easy, not far from restaurants, town center and resteraunt next door. Also, it was 3 km from Ace go-Karting Plus.

Everything was perfect, perfect location not far from pubs and restaurants, resteraunt, and buses to town, pleasant experience. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fine. The service offered was efficient! Plus, I was able to park the car nearby.

The hotel was nicely decorated with accommodating personnel on night shift. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless with nice decor. The location was easy, not too far from a municipal museum. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Walsall...

Clean hotel in a lovely building really close to resteraunt next door, buses, and pubs and restaurants. Neat and airy room with ambient temperature, air con in the hot weather, as for instance as advertised. Efficient service provided. Really lovely stay, as always.
